Jonathan Griffin is a junior at Emory & Henry College, from Hillsville, VA.

He is a Music Education major with hopes of becoming a high school/middle school choir/band director.

Jonathan has been in band since 2009 and choir since 2012, where he had the opportunity to perform in both All-District Band and Choir, as well as All-State Choir.

Now, he is involved with the Emory & Henry Marching Band, the Emory & Henry Wind Ensemble, the Emory & Henry Concert Choir, the Emory & Henry Chamber Choir, the State Street United Methodist Choir, the State Street United Methodist Church Handbell Choir, as well as Grace Notes.

In his free time, Jonathan enjoys making music, playing video games, watching Netflix, recharge by himself, and sleep.

Fun Fact: Jonathan loves to play the ukulele... his favorite meal/cuisine is breakfast food... and his favorite animal is the turtle/tortoise.

Jonathan formed Grace Notes, currently serves as the Ensemble's director and rehearsal leader, and will be singing Baritone with us this semester.

Thanks for getting us started, and welcome back to Grace Notes, Jonathan!

We'll be right Bach,

Grace Notes
